The story of the mural
Jaddict's second photomontage-based collage for ARTMADA #2: three women braiding each other's hair in front of a large sun, on a yellow and red background framed by leaves and waves.
The artist
Jaddict
A Martinican visual artist and textile designer, Jaddict blends art, design and textiles. Her colourful work deals with identity, emancipation and self-acceptance, summed up by her motto "Be yourself, you are magic". She also runs participatory projects and workshops.
